584bd214ae vcs: do an early detection of vcs-type request. 
We we to know to detect vcs type request as early as possible. IF we know
we're handling an VCS request, we can skip some of the pylons stack initialization.

- This fixes issues with leaking sessions and other object from pylons into
a purely VCS type request.

57d2e57043 auth: disable password change form for accounts that are not managed by RhodeCode. 
- in case of external accounts such as LDAP/oAuth, password reset doesn't make sense.
- make it consisten with other disable forms for external account
- fixes #5150

75ef1f61eb api: comment_pull_request, added commit_id parameter to validate status changed on particular commit. 
- when using the API and creating a comment with status change it's now possible to pass in
commit_id, this will allow validation if status change of pull_request is allowed based on the given
commit_id. This solves the case when long running test sends approval of pull request which was
already updated several times. The commit_id will now validate for which state the approval was made,
and prevent accidental aproval of outdated pull requests.

3761402390 pull-requests: updated versioning support. 
- each pr version connects invalidated comments to it
- in version list we show number of comments made on each version
- show all outdated comments even for deleted files
- linkify outdated comments to first one
- added auto-collapse of commit range if they are more than 5
- styling changes, wide mode improvements

8a081ac5db compare: using f_path shouldn't generate full range of commits. 
- in case of comparing just 1 file the range of commits is not relevant.
This in addition speeds rendering the compare page by a LOT.

e44090dfe8 diffs: compare overhaul. 
- made compare and commit range pages more consistent with other commit diff pages
- removed mergerly, closes #4665. Old diff2way is replaced by new diffs with
  side-by-side mode.
- cleanup button behaviour on compare page. Added help text and
  generally improved UX
- switched file-diffs to compare page with file filter. Part of #4000
- added collapse/expand commits buttons in compare views.

to  be rendered still.
