b51d537e66 exceptions: don't log error the lookup method errors. This happens so often we spam 
the logs with errors , while it's simply commit not found. Other backends don't report this anyway exception HG.

1bd980d752 emails: ensure none empty emails are fetched from admin accounts in recipinets aren't specified. 
- in some cases we could create LDAP or other external accounts with empty email. That could crash the mailing lib.

b64e9a326f integrations: added branch_head into URL variables. This allow triggering more explicit 
build on webhooks/jenkins. branch_head is the last commit of pushed branch so the build
system doesn't have to figure it out itself.

- in often updated projects without this explicit specified it could happen that
the pushed braanch could change when CI systems fetches the code.

03e412b2fa caches: disable caches in predicates. 
- predicates store objects inside request which we later frequnetly use.
- generally we'll loose ~20ms on this call but this fixes a lot of problems
  especially when deleting resources and they are still in cache.

ec504c9907 caches: use delete_multi for clearing out cache keys. 
- This is a safer and more efficient way of purging many keys.
- For file based cache it only opens the DB once

a19d4b732a caches: use a gevent compatible file-lock mechanism. 
- because of gevent we can run into a deadlock situation and worker freeze because of
each of the workers will try to aquire a lock.
- This should help with the issue and gevent.
