8753de9b11 diffs: fixed outdated files in pull-requests re-using the filediff raw_id for anchor generation. 
In some cases when there are no longer any files this caused error since filediff wasn't present.
In addition this generated wrong ids since it used a last-defined attribute on a for loop.

Fixes #5567

c6f649e139 artifacts: expose a special auth-token based artifacts download urls. 
This will allow sharing download to external locations used new generated artifact download
tokens. This feature allows also serving downloads using secret urls with all the fancy logic
of our auth tokens.

a73fb57d29 auth-token: expose fetched token in unified way into request attribute. 
- This will allow re-using exposed access token for HTTP views in single place
- We will support also exposing tokens from url if special _auth_token will be used as url param
- We'll no longer require double logic for extraction of URL/HEADER auth-tokens and have a single place to extract it.

ba9f6d58e3 admin: fixed problems with generating last change in admin panels. 
- from now on also updated_on will refer as last commit change instead of last update of DB.
Reason for that is since we have audit logs the last db update should be taken from there along the change info.
Storing last commit date in the dedicated field makes it searchable, sortable and faster to read.

53980d49a6 authentication: allow super-admins to change bound authentication for users. 
- we had many requests from admins on doing so, after connecting LDAP/Saml
- since admins actually started doing this via DB it's no longer a point we shouldn't enable it via UI
