9f286821ca diffs: don't use recurred diffset attachment in diffs. This makes this structure much harder to 
garbage collect since it was before infinitly recursed.

35d60afec4 auth-plugins: fixed problem with cache of settings in multi-worker mode. 
- previous implementation had a bug that cached the settings in each class, caused not refreshing
the update of settings in multi-worker mode. Only restart of rhodecode loaded new settings.

f7c75e1cf6 auth: use more consistent logging on failed logs. 
- auth-token, auth-rhodecode uses info for OK, and warn for failed logins.
- using error logs can cause wrong expectations about failure to loging due to an error.

173415824b repo-settings: add hidden view to force re-install hooks. 
Used mainly for admin tasks that require a support action, and allows
to force reinstall hooks without a remap&rescann option.

bdf5f0afb6 svn: enable hooks and integration framework execution. 
- This change will allow SVN to execute rhodecode integration framework
via executing the builting hooks.
- uses txn_id for svn to provide metadata required via Apache
- Interception of SVN transaction is required to use temporary stores for metadata
- hooks are now part of vcsserver where the install/control logic is stored

3ba4262026 timezone: fix issues with timezone detection of current logic. 
- it was reported that in certain timezones e.g `US/Central` the generated offset was +19:00 which
is incorrect and should be -05:00.
- we now use a special library for detection of local timezone and use logic of pytz to calculate the offset
- fixes #5371

beff366341 processes: better handling of PID that are not part of RhodeCode processes. 
- in some cases for multiple gunicorn instances the PID sent is not from rhodecode which
would lead to AccessDenied errors. We prevent from crashing the server on this type of errors.

130b6c6c5d integrations: use a common logic for parsing the commits branches inside the integrations that require it. 
There was 3 duplicated parts on each integration which now uses a small class with helper to unify the code.

8d1765a709 user-groups: on admin view redirect links to public profile. We have an explicit
