83b8750461 integrations: refactor/cleanup + features, fixes #4181 
* added scopes on integrations, scopes are:
    - repo only
    - repogroup children only
    - root repos only
    - global (any repo)
* integrations schemas now have separate section for the
  settings (eg. slack) and options (eg. scope/enabled)
* added descriptions to integration types
* added icons to integration types
* added 'create new' integration page
* added scope of integration to integrations list
* added breadcrumbs for each repo/repogroup/global integrations pages
* added sorting to integrations list
* added pagination to integrations list
* added icons to integrations list
* added type filter to integrations list
* added message to integrations list if none we found
* added extra permissions check on integrations views
* db migration from 56 => 57 - adds child_repos_only field
* added tests for integrations triggered on events
* added tests for integrations schemas
* added tests for integrations views for repo/repogroup/admin

4d896a15bf packaging: Use a recent bower2nix to have fetch-bower 
Recent versions of bower2nix provide "fetch-bower" as a separate command. This
command is needed for the backported bower related utilities.

22a7abe8cc packaging: Backport bower support utilities 
To support nixos-16.03 the utilities to build bower components are backported
inside of this PR. Once we switch to the new stable branch, we should be able to
drop these pieces again.

4a9375c078 packaging: Improve name of bower components derivation 
- Include the version, so that it can easier be related based on the name in the
  nix store.

- Avoid appending bower-components since this part is already added as a prefix
  by the machinery.

3eada55200 nix: Add backwardsCompatibleFetchgit 
Needed so that we can use fetchgit with the branch nixos-16.03 as well as
current nixpkgs-unstable. It restores the behavior of nixos-16.03 which is
technically wrong since it removes all .git files.

Practically this issue has no big impact, so that we can keep it easily a few
months this way until we don't depend on building against nixos-16.03 anymore.

This way I can cross check if the integration with the build chain works based

32466dc650 dependencies: Adding Bower out of nixpkgs 
Usually bower would be installed globally, so it seems to be appropriate to use
the one out of the nixpkgs so that we don't have to pin a specific version
ourselves.
