2e53340908 admin: in usergroups admin allow prefiltering the list of users

269dfe46e1 authn: Refactored the auth-plugins-settings base view. 
This allows plugins to easier extend the template context dict
without duplicate the code of the base views.

b23f4f5b5d admin: Use error message from UserCreationError when updating a user. 
If we get a UserCreationError on updating a user we should display the
more specific error message from the exception.
