68bbf9bd37 caches: make sure __repr__ of invalidaiton context always return strings. 
- this is a part of python specs, otherwise we potentially can cause
UnicodeDecodeErrors

0641c0e2d0 authn: Generate the form default values manually. 
When using colander.flatten(data) it adds colander.null for each
missing form field. But this is not correct. What we want here is
a dict wich contains only the keys/values from request.params that
match a form field.

54f29c46ab authn: Only lookup settings from DB if they are really used. 
When computing the form defaults only query the DB if we
need the value from DB.

772de504bb encryption: Implement a slightly improved AesCipher encryption. 
This addresses issues from #4036

- we use a backward compatible cipher that can implement HMAC signature
- with HMAC signature we can detected mangled data or wrong secret key
- this allows more explicit errors than UnicodeDecode errors
- added a new .ini values that controls strict mode

f53ce87693 config: Move HttpsFixup middleware up 
Wrapping it around the Pyramid application makes SSL work. Since it also does
things with the strict transport security headers, I kept it this way for now.
Most probably we can shrink it to only contain the htsts things and use the
prefix middleware of paste.

5b843106a1 tests: Adapt test to new mercurial version (3.8.2) 
Mercurial changed their diff algorithm a little bit which leads to
one more added and delted line. But the result is the same.
