159c758565 auth-plugins: remove the in-object cache that cauused invalidation failures. 
We use now proper dogepile cache which gets purged on settings change.

137f5001fb celery: update how reqquest object is passed arround. 
- fixed hooks callback to actually use web based request passed to thread
- rely on celery conf mechanism to pass in the request always in the same manner

c691bf8c9a statsd/audit-logs: cleanup push/pull user agent code. 
- add normalization
- add user-agent tag into statsd call so we can track protocol/vcs type usage
- internal merge also sends in repo type

d300144665 repos: cleannup and fix landing-ref code. 
with latest git update this exposed a bug when we allowed to set references like tip for git repos
now the defaults are loaded from a single place controlled by default branch for git.

Repos without master are now working just fine with new git and new logic.

28af9bcecf translations: moved methods from new request subscriber to actual methods of custom class. 
- this enabled it to work with celery exceptions without any problems
- celery has no new request scope so those were undefined in celery

0d36e58be5 pull-requests: optimize db transaction logic. 
- we've been investigating this issue with locked pull-requests
- the transactions arround audit-logs and state-lock seems to be fragile for long-running, and exception prone setups
- this change tries to make use of few snapshot transactions to prevent a long ones, and actually try to recover on failed audit-log calls.
