0beeba3cdc permissions: flush all user permissions in case of default user permission changes. 
- this is a special case that due to inheritance we need to flush ALL users permissions
- before the default permission changes didn't flush the caches result in cached values beeing present until the cache expires

4ee8e9f718 main-page: fixed jumping of text in grid loading. 
- new logic starts with everything hidden and global loading marker
- show only those grida that contain data.

55ed321e0a configs: use new style of comments on .ini files. 
- This will allow better diffing options with control mako templates
- main problem was ## comments which in mako we needed to escape.
- cleanup configurations with some nicer formatting/comments

a022158f5b cached-commits: updated logic on cached commit updates. 
- for repositories we ensure that damaged/empty repositories have initial data instead of now (bug)
- for groups we only update based on first set of data inside a group without iterating to nested objects.
  This new logic goes in sync with new update task of groups with automation.

f942ce2001 automation: updated update task to update repositories and groups. 
- Groups will be updated by iteration from the most depth one to the root. This way we ensure proper updated of all multiple nested
- repositories don't need special logic and will be updated only on changes.

7206dd2657 dashboard: main page grids async load. 
- in some cases when super-admins or all repos in root loading main
page could take minutes because we loaded whole dataset.
- this change make the loading limited to first page of data.
  Rest is loaded via DB pagination
- In many cases this is major speed-up for showing 1st page fast.

- dont load all results for repositories in admin
- speed up loading admin repos page by narrowing results based on permissions
