9257b16766 db: use asbool to detect if ping conenction or debug is set.

2e8001e5fa application: add debug mode that switches logging to debug. 
It's no longer required to reconfigure all logging. debug flag
now does it automatically.

389e95092c auth-plugin: show if plugin is activated and enabled in the list. 
- We don't wont to confuse peaople with enabled/activated meaning and the fact plugin needs to be first activated, then enabled.

4dc9d4463e auth: UI changes 
- make buttons wider to handle longer names for SAML plugins
- make order of plugins sorted again because it tends to jump arround in order
  without that sorting.
- social is now external auth

0fd6e3f6a8 authentication: register global shared session key used for external authentication session data storeage. 
- We'll have more plugins not only oauth so this should be a constant name, instead of repating the same name all over the code.

f33e0ddc9f core: change from homebrew plugin system into pyramid machinery. 
- it's faster to load
- homebrew system was never used as intended
- it's cleaner CE/EE code this way

97f41c8fd6 markdown-renderer: use lazy loaded markdown renderers initialization. 
- they are heavy to initialize, and should be cached.
- we're not caching it at load time, but on access time after this change.
- speeds up application start.

3697376ac5 env-variables: make it safer if there's a syntax problem inside .ini file. 
It's better to not crash, since it means server wont start. Let users fix problems
instead of breaking the startup because of that.
