47f9f32ad9 events: expose permalink urls for different set of object. 
- permalink url should provide a non-changeable url that can be used in

3ab227d76c navigation: remove # from url in options navigation entry. 
- leaving '#' in url is not good behaviour, and menulink class prevents the click anyway.

b2cfc90822 error-document: make sure the error document has registered helpers, 
and uses only pyramid mechanics.

- in some edge cases the renderer_globals are not called and
we cannot rely on them
- this should be a purely pyramid view not relying on any of pylons
left overs.
