137f5001fb celery: update how reqquest object is passed arround. 
- fixed hooks callback to actually use web based request passed to thread
- rely on celery conf mechanism to pass in the request always in the same manner

28af9bcecf translations: moved methods from new request subscriber to actual methods of custom class. 
- this enabled it to work with celery exceptions without any problems
- celery has no new request scope so those were undefined in celery

697ce81998 api: allow extra recipients for pr/commit comments api methods 
- adds some sort of CC functionality for notification
- allows sending emails with notifications to people who are not commit messages, or pr reviewers e.g project manager etc.

e7511ca6f6 pr-versioning: implemented versioning for pull requests. 
- users can navigate via each version or generate diffs between versions
- diff between versions will show changed commits and partial diffs
- redone the UI for versioning a bit
- small UI fixes
