b3562f3708 authn: Add an INI option to set an authentication plugin fallback. #3953 
If you set 'rhodecode.auth_plugin_fallback = egg:rhodecode-enterprise-ce#rhodecode'
in your INI file the rhodecode auth plugin is always appended to the list of plugins
that are used for authentication.

1c7d930f8a login: Bring recaptcha back to work. 
- Missed some template context variables needed for recaptcha to work.

6a540aa6fa pytest: Fix the user login function. 
- Pyramid doesn't expose the session as pylons does it as `response.session`
- Therefore we have to look it up in the environ.

b7a3eecf07 login: Fix password reset mail link. 
- Pyramid needs the request object to generate an URL.
- Therefore we generate the URL in the view and pass it to the model
  to send the email.
