351ff18e08 i18n: added dummy file wth translations to help extract JS messages from EE version. 
- helps also to translate parts from unreachable code.
  Temp solution, but it works.

5eb98d8151 nix: Move shell hook: default.nix -> shell.nix and set custom prompt. 
When using multiple dev envs with nix-shell it's good to have a unique
shell propt to distinguish them.

d5210dfe63 simplevcs: fix a typo when running detection of vcs backend. 
- the flag should be explicit_scm which skips detection of VCS systems.
This improves the speed of calls by not trying to look for a valid vcs.

c5ddd016be tests: use WARN loglevel by default, and add --test-loglevel flag to change this.

- most datastructures now use dicts, and consisten return value for human and regular values
- added detection of high load average
- improved inodes/archive/gist storage limits
- fixed problems with references of setting value as human_value and data overrides
- re-did search info (more useful for 2 backends that we use)

c68c339c0b system-info: fetch vcs settings from vcsserver. Fixes #4276 
- redone the system info page. Errors/Warnings now show next to the
data, and also show up in API call.
- implemented fetching of git/hg/svn version from running vcsserver
- implemented fetching of vcsserver version from itself
- added more warnings/errors detection on RAM/Inodes etc
- few cleanups

54f19481c0 meta-tags: fixes #4305, metatags are not taken into account when truncating output. 
- also makes the personal repo groups show special tag disregarding if metatags are on or off
- truncate via CSS instead of hardcoded 60 chars
