b50f97b262 pull-requests: use close logic next to merge. 
- close and merge are both pr closing actions and should be groupped together

f70f60713e audit-logs: expose download user audit logs as JSON file. 
Primarly in larger organizations often this needs to be performed for some
employees. Before we delegated users to API or DB fetch.

e9018c74bd search: added per-backend sorting fields. 
- unified naming to be more user friendly
- only sort on supported fields that each backend exposes
- fixed few cases of sort errors and added additional tests

e9cf83badc diffs: fixed outdated files in pull-requests re-using the filediff raw_id for anchor generation. 
In some cases when there are no longer any files this caused error since filediff wasn't present.
In addition this generated wrong ids since it used a last-defined attribute on a for loop.
