Mako default filter may change the value in a way that breaks the apache configuration.
E.g. when applying HTML escaping.

cc96354c0b gists: Remove gist_type from update method in model. #4243 
We do not allow to change the gist type from public to private or vice versa.
Therefore there is no need to provide a ability in the model to do it.

8e531005da pyro4: Add the custom header X-RhodeCode-Backend to the pyro4 backend responses. 
This custom header sets the SCM backend which is in use. It is used to identify
VCS responses in the error handler. VCS responses are skipped during error handling.

99e84af0d2 svn-support: Use utf-8 to encode mod_dav_svn configuration before writing to disk. 
Repository or group names may contain non ASCII characters. Therfore we have to
encode the configuration before writing it to the file.
