Triple-layer green glow pulses at 2.5s. Hover adds quad-layer glow reaching 140px, green shimmer gradient sweep, 1.08x scale-up, green text-shadow bloom. Hover intensifies the glow and slightly scales up. Changed from position:fixed to position:sticky so it scrolls with the page but sticks to top.	2026-03-04 15:54:47 -05:00

Ribbon was rendering as flat green text because inline <style> block overrode external CSS. Now uses !important on color/background/display.
