f5e1dbecb4 ui: dropped the custom font in favor of builtin ones. 
- this is faster to load/display and produces less problems with UI on multiple platforms
- fixed few ui elements after changes

d299f7f7b4 branch permissions: fixed a case of showing branch permissions entries when inheritation model is used. 
- the algo picker used not-explicit pattern but whole set

3c385f97b8 permissions: flush members of user groups permissions to clear caches. 
- we could get into a state that permissions isn't changed/showed immidiatelly based on the
members of user groups which permissions we change.
