c081457f2c repo-schemas: refactor repository schemas and use it in API update/create functions. 
- now it uses consistent way of serializing/validating data
- parent groups are consistenty handled by name parameter
- fixes #4133
- fixes other problems with bad data
- changes API slightly
- validation chain ordering, first permissions, then uniqness.
  Helps prevent resource disvovery

35e9621a5b slugs: make special chars not be replaced by '-'. THis produces a much 
better slugs. Eg /fo;o/b|ar/ => will be /foo/bar/ and not /fo-o/b-ar/
Which doesn't make sense from human readable names.

351ff18e08 i18n: added dummy file wth translations to help extract JS messages from EE version. 
- helps also to translate parts from unreachable code.
  Temp solution, but it works.

ec2bf92f43 diffs: add commit id argument and use id of filediff for identifying 
collapse blocks and links, this allows render_diffset to be used
