- now can use caching
- for git/hg there are faster dedicated functions instead of detecting the content

commits: re-implemented fetching a single commit for git case.
...
- faster using always cache if available
- fixed problems after changes of __bool__ of repo object which always rebuilt cache and this is not the case now
- make few error messages better
