f5e1dbecb4 ui: dropped the custom font in favor of builtin ones. 
- this is faster to load/display and produces less problems with UI on multiple platforms
- fixed few ui elements after changes

367a32a69a git: use force fetch and update for target ref. This solves a case 
when in PRs a target is force updated and is out of sync. Before
we used a pull which --ff-only fails obviosly because two are out of
sync. This change uses new logic that resets the target branch according to the
source target branch allowing smooth merge simulation.

7c46071c51 repo-switcher: new unified search box for filtering/accessing users, repos and repo groups. 
- mainly driven by customer feedback
- two filter boxes on main page was confusing, and people constantly asked if grid filter can search recursive
- now we use one unified search on main nave accessible on every page
- it now also can search for users

4637dd151e caching: add option to cache diffs for commits and pull requests. 
- new option for vcs settings to enable caching of diffs and commits
- enables auditing of PR after closing it, and removing commits from source repo
- speed up for large PR upto 20x
- reduced memory usage

6f2703e4af default-reviewers: introduce new voting rule logic that allows 
defining vote rules for user groups assigned to the default reviewers.

- allows to set per number votes on user groups
- group reviewers by groups
- store the rules and show them in the UI
- fixes #5409

9f40d6928b pull-request: force update pull-request in case of the target repo reference changes. 
- We should be able to force update a diff if the target repo reference changes. It
will help detect commits that are pushed into the target from the origin.
