7ae6f87669 Mercurial: changes for hg 4.9 support 
- we dropped custom diff call and replace it with generic solution
- before ctx_diff was called which is no longer supported by vcsserver backend

9002e26af3 mercurial-submodules: only show submodule in the path that it belongs too. 
- before even submodules from root node were shown in subdirectories, and other way arround.

bd42c53c17 search: add support for elastic search 6 
- elasticsearch new query lang and searcher
- much more advanced query lang
- added context aware search in repository groups, repository, commits, files view
- optimized quick search bar speed when using full text search
- added option to increase hits per file number from query URL using max_lines
- search results can be now marked inside a text file using ?mark=HIGHLIGHT_TEXT added to the url

5a4a98b40e git: use a fetch_sync based creation of remote repos. 
- skips fragile dulwich code that has problems with large repos
- is in sync with logic that does remote fetch
- is faster and more efficient

b51d537e66 exceptions: don't log error the lookup method errors. This happens so often we spam 
the logs with errors , while it's simply commit not found. Other backends don't report this anyway exception HG.

367a32a69a git: use force fetch and update for target ref. This solves a case 
when in PRs a target is force updated and is out of sync. Before
we used a pull which --ff-only fails obviosly because two are out of
sync. This change uses new logic that resets the target branch according to the
source target branch allowing smooth merge simulation.

ede517c6b1 shadow-repos: use safer way to destroy shadow repositories. 
we had reported errors on removal of shadow repos. Not reproduced, however
suspecting are filesystem sync/symlink race-conditions on shared storage.

End result were existing shadow-repo directories that tricked rhodecode
into thinking shadow repos is existing, but infact it was a dummy
structure semi-removed. Using shutil.move we ENSURE rhodecode doesn't
read those back even if removal fails.

4637dd151e caching: add option to cache diffs for commits and pull requests. 
- new option for vcs settings to enable caching of diffs and commits
- enables auditing of PR after closing it, and removing commits from source repo
- speed up for large PR upto 20x
- reduced memory usage

bdf5f0afb6 svn: enable hooks and integration framework execution. 
- This change will allow SVN to execute rhodecode integration framework
via executing the builting hooks.
- uses txn_id for svn to provide metadata required via Apache
- Interception of SVN transaction is required to use temporary stores for metadata
- hooks are now part of vcsserver where the install/control logic is stored
