3268256a7a permissions: handle more cases for invalidating permission caches 
- invalidate user permissions on chaning the global permissions
- invalidate all users in case of creating new object with "copy permissions" flag
- invalidate all users permissions in case of repo/repo group renames
- invalidate all user permissions in forked repo with copy flag

bd42c53c17 search: add support for elastic search 6 
- elasticsearch new query lang and searcher
- much more advanced query lang
- added context aware search in repository groups, repository, commits, files view
- optimized quick search bar speed when using full text search
- added option to increase hits per file number from query URL using max_lines
- search results can be now marked inside a text file using ?mark=HIGHLIGHT_TEXT added to the url

beff366341 processes: better handling of PID that are not part of RhodeCode processes. 
- in some cases for multiple gunicorn instances the PID sent is not from rhodecode which
would lead to AccessDenied errors. We prevent from crashing the server on this type of errors.

8d1765a709 user-groups: on admin view redirect links to public profile. We have an explicit

6f2703e4af default-reviewers: introduce new voting rule logic that allows 
defining vote rules for user groups assigned to the default reviewers.

- allows to set per number votes on user groups
- group reviewers by groups
- store the rules and show them in the UI
- fixes #5409

Removed all pylons components. Refactored the code to use only pyramid
parts
