f51b02a7e4 requests: added a default timeout for operation calling the endpoint url. 
Otherwise we can have a hanging calls for very long time.

b64e9a326f integrations: added branch_head into URL variables. This allow triggering more explicit 
build on webhooks/jenkins. branch_head is the last commit of pushed branch so the build
system doesn't have to figure it out itself.

- in often updated projects without this explicit specified it could happen that
the pushed braanch could change when CI systems fetches the code.

130b6c6c5d integrations: use a common logic for parsing the commits branches inside the integrations that require it. 
There was 3 duplicated parts on each integration which now uses a small class with helper to unify the code.

- dependencies: bumped:

 -celery==4.1.0
 -kombu==4.1.0
 -pytz==2017.3
 -Routes==2.4.1

Removed all pylons components. Refactored the code to use only pyramid
parts

40e74de7a2 slack: expose the FULL message instead of title. 
Because slack uses it's own trim, we should avoid sending trimmed data and let users see the whole set.
