b1dbfb903d testapp: moved login/csrf session methods into TestApp itself. 
- this allows easier control over which app is responsible for session handling.
This comes in handy in CE vs EE test where EE get's a custom app.

5f9ae2ae11 pylons: remove pylons as dependency 
- dependencies: bumped:
 -setuptools-scm==1.15.6
 -celery==4.1.0
 -kombu==4.1.0
 -pytz==2017.3
 -Routes==2.4.1

Removed all pylons components. Refactored the code to use only pyramid
parts

71071c0b26 dependencies: bumped pyramid to 1.9 webob to 1.7.3 and webtest to 2.0.27 
- fixed some core tests for new webob/webtest
- changed core methods to make them more pyramid compat.

47f9f32ad9 events: expose permalink urls for different set of object. 
- permalink url should provide a non-changeable url that can be used in
external sources with guarantee of beeing always valid.

53b4ac98f8 repo-summary: re-implemented summary view as pyramid. 
- changed exception handler, to now work in pure pyramid mode
- changed missing requirements logic on repo based views that require vcs-connection

e44090dfe8 diffs: compare overhaul. 
- made compare and commit range pages more consistent with other commit diff pages
- removed mergerly, closes #4665. Old diff2way is replaced by new diffs with
  side-by-side mode.
- cleanup button behaviour on compare page. Added help text and
  generally improved UX
- switched file-diffs to compare page with file filter. Part of #4000
- added collapse/expand commits buttons in compare views.

f48e94aa14 file-browser: refactor how we load metadata for file trees. 
Before we used to use JSON data to map the nodes to json and fill in
metadata. Now we use rendered parts of html. This is nicer for caching as
it would allow us to replace the view with cached tree and then after ajax load
replace it again with cached with metadata. On the next request we'll
get the cached with metadata and thus we can skip entirely second
ajax call for metadata.

This is part of #4083

6a540aa6fa pytest: Fix the user login function. 
- Pyramid doesn't expose the session as pylons does it as `response.session`
- Therefore we have to look it up in the environ.
