efb6d1e422 feat(configs): deprecared old hooks protocol and ssh wrapper. 
New defaults are now set on v2 keys, so previous installation are automatically set to new keys.
Fallback mode is still available.

fc0ee0e99b feat(ssh-wrapper-speedup): major rewrite of code to address imports problem with ssh-wrapper-v2 
- use bootstrapped settings rather than config
- use more code split to make sure we don't import heavy code

034377cec3 feat(ssh-wrapper): added pre/post pull hooks on top of git for ssh backend. 
- this makes it consistent with the http backend and actually adds audit logging into the ssh pulls for git

c691bf8c9a statsd/audit-logs: cleanup push/pull user agent code. 
- add normalization
- add user-agent tag into statsd call so we can track protocol/vcs type usage
- internal merge also sends in repo type

bc26425632 svn: fixed case of wrong extracted repository name for SSH backend. In cases 
where we commited to a nested subdirs SVN reported the access path with the subdir paths in it.
We couldn't then match that extended name into proper rhodecode repository for ACL checks.

- Current implementation gives an slight overhead as we have to lookup all repositories
- fixes #5606

15972afecb ssh: use proper way of extracting the HOOK_PROTOCOL out of vcssettings. 
- it might be not stored inside the .ini file so we should use the config
that has proper defaults, and it's used in many other places.
