9257b16766 db: use asbool to detect if ping conenction or debug is set. 
Otherwise just those two flags present would trigger the conditions.

97f41c8fd6 markdown-renderer: use lazy loaded markdown renderers initialization. 
- they are heavy to initialize, and should be cached.
- we're not caching it at load time, but on access time after this change.
- speeds up application start.

f5e1dbecb4 ui: dropped the custom font in favor of builtin ones. 
- this is faster to load/display and produces less problems with UI on multiple platforms

797a4ff7ab diffs: sticky top-file bar + context aware file labels. 
- when browsing diffs now we show context file path so every time you know what file diff you're seeing
- block file selector on range diffs
- update bower packages

5a4a98b40e git: use a fetch_sync based creation of remote repos. 
- skips fragile dulwich code that has problems with large repos
- is in sync with logic that does remote fetch
- is faster and more efficient

20e4875957 svn: use streaming uploads/downloads of files. 
- before we buffered whole content before uploading/download
- this could lead to OOM errors on big files
- now instead we stream when PUT/GET are sent from SVN resulting in faster more efficient data transfer
