175a9b344e rcextensions: new builtin rcextensions. 
- ability to expose output to users from rcextensions
- new docs
- linking to the code makes the tests always check the integrity of rcextensions
- added new hook variables and described them to end users

bdf5f0afb6 svn: enable hooks and integration framework execution. 
- This change will allow SVN to execute rhodecode integration framework
via executing the builting hooks.
- uses txn_id for svn to provide metadata required via Apache
- Interception of SVN transaction is required to use temporary stores for metadata
- hooks are now part of vcsserver where the install/control logic is stored

- dependencies: bumped:
 -setuptools-scm==1.15.6
 -celery==4.1.0
 -kombu==4.1.0
 -pytz==2017.3
 -Routes==2.4.1

Removed all pylons components. Refactored the code to use only pyramid
parts

a9064c5007 translation: unified usage of pluralize function ungettext. 
- now it's consistent _ungettext for pylons and pyramid
- will allow easier migration to full pyramid codebase

35e9621a5b slugs: make special chars not be replaced by '-'. THis produces a much 
better slugs. Eg /fo;o/b|ar/ => will be /foo/bar/ and not /fo-o/b-ar/
Which doesn't make sense from human readable names.

03559da24d auth: Fix password_changed function, fixes #4043. 
Never repot a changed password for default or anonymous users.

If anonymous access is disabled we don't get the default user here so we
also have to check if it is the anonymous user. In both cases (default user
and anonymous user) we can skip the password change check and return False.
