f7627b4904 settings: reduce number of settings fetch since it uses locking for cache invalidation and is generally slow. 
We anyway load it per-request so we can re-use this.

b018a07f93 db-migration: we run cleanup of cache keys AFTER upgrade. 
- this allows actually migrating CacheKeys
- this step is optional, and it it fails it's not the end of the world, we
  still would run migration anyway.

ccfa86d740 git: adjusted code for new libgit2 backend 
- made @CachedProperty use a custom decarator that can do invalidations. This
 is required for tests
- made few cleanups of code since we use a simpler libgit2 backend now
- removed some unused obsolete code

5bae51102f logging: http logging should limit the data to some sane ammount. 
Despite debug logs aren't production use, we can have situation that this could potentially
print GBs of data from commands like file upload. Having some sane limit here is better.

1acd59be77 database: fix migration for mysql. 
- It's really nice that mysql fails on that dependening on version, and our CI doesn't catch that.

0f7b21778d tests: fixed compare page and related tests.

6a2e2f0b94 commits: re-implemented fetching a single commit for git case. 
- faster using always cache if available
- fixed problems after changes of __bool__ of repo object which always rebuilt cache and this is not the case now
- make few error messages better
