51727053de archives: optimize performance of repo archive option by delegating all logic to vcsserver. 
- sending GBs of data over the wire was slow and very memory consuming

de8ff5bcfa file-nodes: added streaming remote attributes for vcsserver. 
- this will enable doing a streaming raw content or raw downloads of large files without transfering them over to enterprise for pack & repack using msgpack
- msgpack has a limit of 4gb and generally pack+repack for 2gb is very slow

ccfa86d740 git: adjusted code for new libgit2 backend 
- made @CachedProperty use a custom decarator that can do invalidations. This
 is required for tests
- made few cleanups of code since we use a simpler libgit2 backend now
- removed some unused obsolete code

6a2e2f0b94 commits: re-implemented fetching a single commit for git case. 
- faster using always cache if available
- fixed problems after changes of __bool__ of repo object which always rebuilt cache and this is not the case now
- make few error messages better

5a4a98b40e git: use a fetch_sync based creation of remote repos. 
- skips fragile dulwich code that has problems with large repos
- is in sync with logic that does remote fetch
- is faster and more efficient

aa84b1a0e4 tests: use gunicorn for testing. This is close to production testing 
and actually will reproduce any chunked encoding problems as we hit on production
servers.

fad0fcf1c3 git: use bool condition to check if the git path is fine. Using exceptions

Removed all pylons components. Refactored the code to use only pyramid
parts

e44090dfe8 diffs: compare overhaul. 
- made compare and commit range pages more consistent with other commit diff pages
- removed mergerly, closes #4665. Old diff2way is replaced by new diffs with
  side-by-side mode.
- cleanup button behaviour on compare page. Added help text and
  generally improved UX
- switched file-diffs to compare page with file filter. Part of #4000
- added collapse/expand commits buttons in compare views.
