389e95092c auth-plugin: show if plugin is activated and enabled in the list. 
- We don't wont to confuse peaople with enabled/activated meaning and the fact plugin needs to be first activated, then enabled.

4dc9d4463e auth: UI changes 
- make buttons wider to handle longer names for SAML plugins
- make order of plugins sorted again because it tends to jump arround in order
  without that sorting.
- social is now external auth

- make select2 code generic independent of number of fields
- decrease large inputs to fit our container width.

c650cdddcc pyramid: if possible fetch csrf tokens from pyramid session. 
- we need to explicitly pass in requests into secure forms
- allows to not use pylons global session for fetching csrf tokens

605b26b460 i18n: replaced fragile extraction of JS translations from an _TM variable. 
We replaced it with similar to babel functions _gettext, and _ngettext, that
will prevent UI from breaking in case of untranslated strings. This
also will allow to use babel built in extractors to fetch the translations
stored inside html and JS.
