1ebb2411e9 comments: multiple changes on comments navigation/display logic 
- toggle are smarter, they open/hide windows accorind to actions. E.g commenting opens threads
- toggle are mor explicit
- possible to hide/show only single threads
- when channelstream is enabled comments are now live-pushed to diff with NEW marker indicator
- new UI for showing thread comments

afd3357349 comments: introduce new draft comments. 
- private to author
- not triggering any notifications
- sidebar doesn't display draft comments
- They are just placeholders for longer review.

2b3b3aa5a7 observers: hide it for CE edition. 
- This hide is simple, but real logic is in the validate function which would only work if EE edition is installed.

9430615145 pull-requests: overhaul of the UX by adding new sidebar 
- sidebar aggregates comments, todos, observers, referenced tickets, and reviewers
- live components push now comments, reviewer presence, and todo live via channelstream
- sidebar is collapsable, and stored in user session
- simplified number of information on the pull request page
- fixed and cleanup of the outdated comments and at version comments that in some cases reported wrong version assignment.

293a3535ae pull-requests: fix way how pull-request calculates common ancestors. 
- fixes #5561
- added new preview for size (commits/files) of PRs before opening, this is now based on the special logic that calculates common ancestor and has access to preview diff
- store common ancestor in DB so updates of pull-requests are consistent

4ac845a76d users: added more secure way for fetching authentication tokens.

- request needs a validation before viewing of each token
