8627996783 issue-trackers: implemented more sophisticated ticket data extraction based on advanced regex module, and special 
look-behind regex. This is a recommended ticket extraction from Atlassian itself (for Jira) and we also
implemented it for Redmine, or tickets

4ac845a76d users: added more secure way for fetching authentication tokens. 
- we don't expose ALL on single page
- request needs a validation before viewing of each token
- will later add 2nd layer of auth.

1addb7b6e2 security: fixed issues with exposing repository names using global PR redirection link 
logic.

- Since redirect was created to repository which linked to the PR, users who
didn't have permissions to those repos could still see the name in the url generated.

ba9f6d58e3 admin: fixed problems with generating last change in admin panels. 
- from now on also updated_on will refer as last commit change instead of last update of DB.
Reason for that is since we have audit logs the last db update should be taken from there along the change info.
Storing last commit date in the dedicated field makes it searchable, sortable and faster to read.

53980d49a6 authentication: allow super-admins to change bound authentication for users. 
- we had many requests from admins on doing so, after connecting LDAP/Saml
- since admins actually started doing this via DB it's no longer a point we shouldn't enable it via UI

f70f60713e audit-logs: expose download user audit logs as JSON file. 
Primarly in larger organizations often this needs to be performed for some
employees. Before we delegated users to API or DB fetch.

f7627b4904 settings: reduce number of settings fetch since it uses locking for cache invalidation and is generally slow. 
We anyway load it per-request so we can re-use this.
