b4ce022c69 vcs: Remove unused code from get_scm function.
No code seems to use these arguments anymore so it's better to remove
them and simplify the code by removing unsused code paths.

0c80668486 vcs: Refactor the get_repo function.
Goal was to not use the search_path_up argument of get_scm and
include some logic that sits in model.db.Repository in get_scm_instance
method.

03559da24d auth: Fix password_changed function, fixes #4043.
Never repot a changed password for default or anonymous users.

If anonymous access is disabled we don't get the default user here so we
also have to check if it is the anonymous user. In both cases (default user
and anonymous user) we can skip the password change check and return False.

99a93285fe vcs: Implemented a gevent compatible Curl class, part of #4046
This Curl class acts like a wrapper around the original one but uses
the curl multi interface together with gevent's machanisms for synchronization
of threads (greenlets).

d31aca7e32 svn: Ignore the content length header from response, fixes #4112
In case of compressed responses from apache(mod_dav_svn) we can not
use the Content-Length header in our own response. The content is
automatically decompressed by the requests library and therefore
the content length differs.

This results in errors when doing e.g. a svn checkout:
"svn: E120106: ra_serf: The server sent a truncated HTTP response body."

f48e94aa14 file-browser: refactor how we load metadata for file trees.
Before we used to use JSON data to map the nodes to json and fill in
metadata. Now we use rendered parts of html. This is nicer for caching as
it would allow us to replace the view with cached tree and then after ajax load
replace it again with cached with metadata. On the next request we'll
get the cached with metadata and thus we can skip entirely second
ajax call for metadata.

This is part of #4083

772de504bb encryption: Implement a slightly improved AesCipher encryption.
This addresses issues from #4036

- we use a backward compatible cipher that can implement HMAC signature
- with HMAC signature we can detected mangled data or wrong secret key
- this allows more explicit errors than UnicodeDecode errors
- added a new .ini values that controls strict mode
