e9018c74bd search: added per-backend sorting fields. 
- unified naming to be more user friendly
- only sort on supported fields that each backend exposes
- fixed few cases of sort errors and added additional tests

e9cf83badc diffs: fixed outdated files in pull-requests re-using the filediff raw_id for anchor generation. 
In some cases when there are no longer any files this caused error since filediff wasn't present.
In addition this generated wrong ids since it used a last-defined attribute on a for loop.

Fixes #5567

2180d8010a quick-filter: use a dedicated method for fetching quick filter nodes. 
This code needs a fast and dedicated method for this. We'll re-implement it and
we don't want to change existing API. So it's just a start to have a duplicated
method that will be rewritten.

de8ff5bcfa file-nodes: added streaming remote attributes for vcsserver. 
- this will enable doing a streaming raw content or raw downloads of large files without transfering them over to enterprise for pack & repack using msgpack
- msgpack has a limit of 4gb and generally pack+repack for 2gb is very slow

0ae89b9907 files: only check for git_lfs/hg_largefiles if they are enabled. 
- this speeds up fetching of files if they are not LF and very big.

f7627b4904 settings: reduce number of settings fetch since it uses locking for cache invalidation and is generally slow. 
We anyway load it per-request so we can re-use this.

b018a07f93 db-migration: we run cleanup of cache keys AFTER upgrade. 
- this allows actually migrating CacheKeys
- this step is optional, and it it fails it's not the end of the world, we
  still would run migration anyway.
