16a626ce44 refactor: renamed get_first_admin to get_first_super_admin which 
reflects better what kind of user we're fetching.

b23f4f5b5d admin: Use error message from UserCreationError when updating a user. 
If we get a UserCreationError on updating a user we should display the
more specific error message from the exception.
