64c5591c2e authentication: allow setting extern type with registration. 
- This will allow external identity plugins to define proper externs instead of always

175a9b344e rcextensions: new builtin rcextensions. 
- ability to expose output to users from rcextensions

e9cb071b85 users: when deleting users ensure we also clear personal flag so we don't have multiple personal groups

5a4a98b40e git: use a fetch_sync based creation of remote repos. 
- skips fragile dulwich code that has problems with large repos
- is in sync with logic that does remote fetch
- is faster and more efficient

5f656f5671 default-reviewers: fixed voting rule calculation on user-group. The previous 
logic took user group even for individual users, thus voting on group wasn't correct
in case of mixed single reviewers + user groups.

c218e2a9ea caches: use .refresh() instead of .invalidate() 
- .invalidate() does a delete of cached valued under a key, which means
in previous logic we delete, get_or_create, and compute.
- .refresh() is simply replacing exising key with newly computed values, this
creates less locks, and it's faster.

49f08fd080 caches: store computation time inside context manager as helper. Since the with block is full 
calculation we can use it to calculate the function execution time.
