722c3bd369 Prototype: OTP auth, styleguide overhaul, login/session rework 
Replace password reset with email OTP verification flow.
Add auth_otp module, OTP templates, and email delivery.
Expand styleguide CSS with full component library.
Rework login, register, and admin views for cookie sessions.
Remove legacy 2FA templates and password reset flow.
Update SSH wrappers, forms, validators, and middleware.

4f73837822 Remove beaker dependency, switch to Pyramid SignedCookieSessionFactory 
Replace server-side session backends (redis, file, database, memcached)
with client-side signed cookie sessions. Users will need to
re-authenticate after deploy.

- Rewrite rc_beaker.py to use pyramid.session.SignedCookieSessionFactory
- Gut user_sessions.py to cookie-only stub
- Drop beaker.container from memory_lru_dict.py (pure repoze.lru)
- Migrate ini configs from beaker.session.* to session.* namespace
- Remove beaker==1.13.0 from requirements.txt
- Remove beaker.backends entry points from pyproject.toml
- Preserve backward-compat fallbacks for encryption key resolution

efb6d1e422 feat(configs): deprecared old hooks protocol and ssh wrapper. 
New defaults are now set on v2 keys, so previous installation are automatically set to new keys.
Fallback mode is still available.

39bed20bcb feat(disk-cache): rewrite diskcache backend to be k8s and NFS safe. 
- no longer depend on diskcache
- use simpler version with Redis lock, and filesystem storage
- fixes RCCE-78

4462f85332 fix(configs): removed waitress as a default runner for web service on development. 
One of the big issues discovered receantly was due to waitress vs gunicorn differences on handling
requests. Since gunicorn has a nice dev mode with code reloader we should use it as a default runner so
we can avoid such issues in the past where dev setup runned different workers than production.
