Added new section explaining the homepage summary filtering plugin
that strips TOC anchor links from article summaries. Includes:
- Why the problem exists (RST generates anchor links in TOC)
- How the plugin solves it (strip_anchors Jinja2 filter)
- Implementation details with code examples
- Template usage example
This plugin prevents broken anchor links in homepage excerpts.
The pelican-plugins/ directory is gitignored, so moved the plugin
to lib/ which is tracked. Updated PLUGIN_PATHS to include lib/.

summaries when displayed on the homepage. This prevents broken anchor
links in homepage excerpts that would point to non-existent IDs.
The filter is applied in the theme's index.html template via:

Theme updates complete and ready for deployment:
- Dark mode as default with light mode toggle
- Progressive enhancement for JavaScript-disabled users
- Fixed header spacing and content padding
- Clean CSS without unnecessary !important flags
- localStorage theme persistence across sessions
Removed !important from code examples and added explanation that
standard CSS cascade rules are sufficient because our theme CSS
loads after the UncloseAI widget CSS.
