Browser HTML caching has been silently serving listeners old builds even after deploy — log shows zero new-build markers from fox's phone or laptop chrome session despite md5 matching on the served file. Heuristic caching with no Cache-Control header gives browsers freedom to keep the HTML for hours. Adding the standard meta cache-bust triplet so the HTML is treated as no-cache by every browser regardless of Caddy headers. JS / CSS is inline so this covers the whole page in one go. |
