Privacy policy updated from May 2018 to February 2026:
- Document comment content collection and automated analysis
- Add Automated Content Moderation section covering spam scoring
  and AI relevance checking via Hermes (UncloseAI)
- Add API Access section for JSON API usage
- Add UncloseAI (Hermes) to data sharing list with clarification
  that no personal identifiers are sent
- Update automated decision-making section to describe spam scoring
- Document self-service data export and account deletion
- Note AI processing location (United States)
- Fix OPT typo to OTP throughout
- Update copyright to 2016-2026

New terms of service covering:
- User content ownership and license
- Prohibited conduct (spam, abuse, rate limit circumvention)
- Automated content moderation and AI relevance checking
- Rate limits and API usage terms
- Moderation by namespace owners and global moderators
- Data export and account deletion rights
- Service availability and limitation of liability
