feat: add Categorized Home Page feature card (MPS-24)

Browse source 
Shoppers browse a tagged catalog by chip filter or sectioned lanes
instead of scrolling a flat list. Bulk tag editor keeps a large
catalog tidy. Fewer clicks, more sales.

Adds:
- index.html: "Categorized Home Page" mps-card in the "Everything a
  creator needs" grid
- pricing.html: "Categorized home page (tags, chips, lanes)" in the
  "Every shop includes" list
