feat(portal): surface new offer/auction polish + in-app notifications

- index.html "Everything a creator needs" — Auctions & Make-an-Offer
  card description expanded to mention live countdowns, configurable
  pay windows, and full email + in-app notification at every state.
- index.html — new "In-app Notifications" feature card between
  auctions and multi-tenant: badge near profile, breadcrumb backlinks,
  permanent audit log, read rows stay searchable.
- pricing.html "What's included" list — adds "In-app notifications
  inbox" alongside the existing auctions / make-an-offer line.
