Document Chatterbox dependency conflict in requirements.txt

- Chatterbox has dependency conflict with Coqui TTS
- gradio 5.44.1 (Chatterbox dep) requires typer<1.0 and >=0.12
- spacy 3.6.x (Coqui TTS dep) requires typer<0.10.0
- Commented out Chatterbox until conflict is resolved
- Added note to test in isolated environment
