add Go test files, JS/Rust lock files; gitignore egg-info
- Add Go sync unit tests, functional tests, and async unit tests
- Add package-lock.json for reproducible JS installs
- Add Cargo.lock for reproducible Rust builds
- Gitignore *.egg-info/ (Python packaging artifacts)
