VERCEL_URL returns deployment URL (tpmjs-xxx.vercel.app) not custom domain. This was causing session cookies to be set for wrong domain. Now prioritizes BETTER_AUTH_URL, then checks VERCEL_ENV=production to use tpmjs.com.
