feat: add Discord webhook notifications to keyword search sync workflow

- Captures sync API response and parses JSON results
- Sends formatted Discord embed with sync metrics:
  - Packages found, processed, skipped, errors
  - Duration and link to workflow logs
- Color-coded status: green for success, yellow for errors
- Runs on every sync (manual and scheduled)

Requires DISCORD_WEBHOOK secret to be set in GitHub repository.
