refactor: update architecture page to use TPMJS design system

Replaced custom lime/zinc colors with proper theme variables:
- bg-background, bg-surface, bg-surface-secondary
- text-foreground, text-foreground-secondary, text-foreground-tertiary
- border-border, border-primary
- Uses Badge component from @tpmjs/ui
- Uses Container component for layout
- Maintains the nested box layout style
