fix: use 'tpmjs' keyword instead of deprecated 'tpmjs-tool'

- Add 'research' to valid TPMJS_CATEGORIES
- Update all tutorial slides to reference 'tpmjs' keyword
- Deprecate 'tpmjs-tool' keyword for package discovery
