Remarkbox theme for meta and faq

This is the theme used on:

* https://meta.remarkbox.com
* https://faq.remarkbox.com
* https://demo.remarkbox.com

If you use a hosted site you may choose this theme on your namespace dashboard.

Otherwise a dedicated Remarkbox must install the theme into the python environment using:

  python setup.py install
  
Then configure it in the Remarkbox .ini file using:

  app.theme = meta
